Who Can Request Removal
We honor removal requests in the following situations:
- Expunged records — charges have been legally expunged by a court order
- Sealed records — a court has ordered the record sealed from public view
- Dismissed charges — all charges were formally dismissed by the court
- Acquittal — you were found not guilty at trial
- Mistaken identity — the record does not belong to you
- Inaccurate information — the listing contains factual errors
What You Need to Submit
To process your request, please include:
- Full legal name as it appears on the record
- Direct link(s) to the page(s) on our site you want removed or corrected
- Government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) to verify your identity
- Supporting legal documentation such as:
- Court-ordered expungement or sealing document
- Certificate of dismissal or nolle prosequi
- Acquittal verdict or judgment
- Any other official court document supporting your request
- Brief explanation of why you are requesting removal

What to Expect
- Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days
- Review period: Requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days of receiving complete documentation
- Outcome: You will be notified by email once a decision has been made
- No charge: There is no fee for removal requests supported by valid legal documentation
